The AI for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)/The National Council of Justice (CNJ)  

Overview

The project seeks to research and develop datasets and artificial intelligence architectures with the objective of making available or ordering legal texts, facilitating the rescue of precedents for application in judgments.

Aims:

Celerity: The AI ​​will seek to provide speed and quality in the first degree of judgment of cases, indicating accuracy to the base judges, the existence of precedents recognized by the Brazilian Superior Courts.
  
Protection of fundamental rights: More effective judicial processes extend constitutional guarantees regarding material and procedural fundamental rights.

How? 

Research and develop machine learning applications in legal texts on qualified precedents.
